Refund policy

A. Right of withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers have a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Tennisproshop IBK GmbH, Bundesstraße 23, 6063 Rum, Austria, Tel.: +436764227839, E-mail: innsbruck@tennisproshop.at) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of cancellation online on the website at https://tennisproshop.at/pages/vertrag-widerrufen. If you use this online function, you will immediately receive confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., by email) with information about the content of your cancellation notice as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

General information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us carriage paid.
3) Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
